I have bought 2 pieces of this product and it has been very helpful for us. Especially the fact that you can unlock it when it gets stuck, not often, is very good. The only downside is that it has only one sound when it dispenses food and when you have two cats like me, they get confused... and I put one feeder without sound.

In the 3 months that I have been using it, it works perfectly and without any problems. The wifi connection is easy and without any disconnections. With the batteries, there is no worry about power interruptions, just remember to change them every year or so. Each dose is 5 gr and I don't know why other owners have issues.

I have it for three days now. It's not perfect, I wouldn't say that when you put one portion, you get 4 grams. When you put two portions, you get 13 grams. The quantities are not equal, and with the camera, where it says, I haven't figured out where it is and what it shows
