    A book that changed my life. It's not a classic book, it's more of a "table book" as they say, with black and white images and large white letters. However, its content contains a lot of condensed knowledge and opinion about life (mainly for men): how to take responsibility, not to give up, how to eat and exercise, how to have the mental strength to endure everything, and many-many more! Amazing!
