It illuminates perfectly, has intensity levels and 3 color levels: natural, cool, warm. The only drawback is that you have to bring your face very close to the mirror to see well. Essentially, the mirror it has is one level behind the light and "blurs". I now put a second mirror in front of the ring light.
The arm adjusts in height, if you have it at a high level it is not very stable (it may fall).
It does not include a plug, it is with USB. I found an old mobile charger and I'm okay.
For its price and portability, it is good.
I haven't tried supporting a mobile phone, I think it won't "hold" it
