I bought them for tennis, which is their intended use. The sole is very hard and not at all shock-absorbent, and even after about 10 training sessions, they are still uncomfortable. They cause pain in my knees that I didn't have before. I ordered another pair because they cannot be saved, not even with softer insoles that I tried.
