It has no sugar at all, it says so on the packaging, so don't expect them to be sweet. However, it has the lowest sugar and carbohydrates, compared to almost all the bars available right now. Especially for a Keto or low-carb diet, it's the best option. And they cause satiety and don't kick you out of ketosis. That's it, enjoy.
