Description

Created to provide greater comfort in your work, whether you are working on a desktop computer or a laptop.

No need to move it

The secret behind the Logitech Wireless Trackball M570 wireless mouse is that you don't need to move the whole mouse to move the cursor, just move the large blue ball with your thumb. By pushing the ball upwards with your thumb, the cursor of the mouse moves upwards, and all other movements are done accordingly. The mouse also has all the other traditional buttons as well as the scroll wheel.

  • Due to the nature of my work, I highly recommend it. Of course, initially it may tire the hand a bit until you get used to it....but afterwards, you won't change it for anything. I've had it for over 6 months and believe me, I wouldn't change it for anything. For CAD software, I highly recommend it!

  • My review is based on the use of the .cad program. It cannot properly execute commands like stretch! In order to achieve it, you have to make other movements apart from the simple ergonomic mouse. Overall, it did not meet my expectations. Even in the SketchUp program, it tired me out a lot!

It does the job, it rests the wrist, but it's a bit expensive for what it is. 30 euros would be a more reasonable price. I bought the wired version of it (Trackman Wheel Optical) in 2009 and it was very good, it lasted 8 years. It's a shame that Logitech doesn't produce it anymore.

Amazing mouse, even for trackball lovers, simply wonderful. Compared to the equivalent Microsoft one that I had for 15 years, the only difference is that it is smaller, I would like it in a larger size, and it makes noise when you scroll up and down, something I did not expect. However, it is incredibly fast, lightweight, and easy to use. Highly recommended.

I have been using it for about 5 months now, and it hasn't presented any problems so far. It is very comfortable for my hands and the trackball is quite good. The build quality is not that great, I would say it's plastic, so it's also quite lightweight. However, I don't mind it being lightweight, it just could be more durable. As for the range, I don't think there's a reason to go 5 meters away from the screen because it's clearly meant for work, so I don't have any complaints about that. The buttons are noisy, although it doesn't bother me that much, I think it's similar to a classic mouse that costs around 10-15€. The price in Greece is unacceptable, I bought it from America for 25€.

Perfect mouse for the hand. Ergonomic and limits hand movements. You get used to it after 3-4 days. Ideal when you have carpal tunnel issues or problems with your shoulder and arm. Unfortunately, its price is very high. I use it daily at the office for at least 9 hours. I plan on using it for about 8 years, but the middle button started acting up.

  • Whoever works with a trackball is very good. After 3 years, the buttons start to break. The price in Greece is expensive.

  • With a contact lens cleaner without oil, if you drop it inside the mouse, it straightens out...
Because we all have a problem with the double click, as I read,
I also blamed my father for breaking it.

Excellent Trackball, ideal for those who are comfortable with the ball on the index finger and not on the middle fingers, its only flaw being the very poor switches of its buttons. They tend to break relatively quickly, resulting in double clicks and the failure of drag and drop, but fortunately the mouse comes with a 3-year warranty, so proceed without fear.

I have it for 3 months and I can say that its biggest advantage is that you can use it on any surface. It is particularly convenient for those who are on the move and just need a place to take out their laptop to work. The clicks are a bit noisy but personally, it doesn't bother me.

  • Very good for wireless, although the receiver needs to be close.
Coming from the wired trackman wheel that thankfully reached the decade, the new one is a bit more compact and has two additional buttons that can be configured according to the application.
It is noisier than the old one.
At the price it is available in Greece, my personal opinion is that it is not worth it, just like any mouse at these prices.
For anyone who is used to trackball and wants a wireless option for movements, presentations, or quick navigation across multiple screens without taking up space on the desk and protecting their wrist, it is ideal.

Unfortunately, the M570 is problematic and what I have found is that the wireless connection is very weak. This is also the reason why sometimes the drag and drop happens before releasing the button. It also happens with what is referred to as double-click. You click once and it sends 2...
It doesn't happen constantly... but it does happen and it's a shame, really. 2 meters away from the PC... on my couch... I have to bring it within 1 meter for it to work... (ridiculous).

Update 12/08/2019: Since the trackball had generally been convenient for me, and after I got an MX after the first M570 which also had some issues, I decided to try again with a new 570 that I bought about 1.5 years ago. The second one doesn't have the issues that the first one had. It has a stronger signal and so far I haven't had any issues with double-click or anything else. I am raising my rating from 2/5 to 4/5... that's it

After one year of use, I rate it as bad because it is simply problematic!
After 7-8 months of use, the prolonged click starts to malfunction, for example when dragging a file. It also confuses the single click and perceives it as a double click. Dozens of users report this issue on the Logitech forum and in reviews on Amazon. For more information, search on Google for "M570 Bugged Click"

Very good product. It's worth 100% of its money. Impressively convenient, especially for use on a stable surface (e.g. a couch).
Attention!!! It is not suitable for left-handed people (I don't know if there is another model available for them.)...

  • After 3 months of amateur use (surfing), I can say that I am satisfied with the product. It is bulky enough to prevent you from moving it around and only using the trackball. At first, using it may seem strange if you don't have prior experience with a similar mouse, but you get used to it in less than a week. It is not as absolute as common ones, without me having dealt with settings (I don't even know if it has any). Once a month or whenever I feel the trackball is a bit tight, I remove it (it comes off very easily in seconds) and clean the three sliders, and it moves smoothly again. I would recommend it to any lazy dog without a second thought.

After 1.5 years of use, it gave me a problem, it is impossible to work properly, and it seems that it's not just me. The M570 Bugged Click is valid. However, I should mention that Logitech's service is excellent, as after contacting them initially by phone and then by email, the faulty product was replaced with a new one quickly and at no cost. Well done!
