As in a similar product from another company:
It binds very well in recipes, either alone or with other flours (such as bran or whole wheat), or even oat bran/wheat bran.
It has a nice flavor (reminiscent of wheat), it doesn't clump, it doesn't contain carbohydrates or fats, so it is a very good solution for diet recipes. It doesn't rise much on its own, it requires baking or mixing with other ingredients; still, I recommend it. Both as a flavor and as a dietary product.
I will definitely buy it again!
