Many functional problems...having bought the King Kong 3, which was much superior, I bought the 5 Pro...what can I say first...the speaker is malfunctioning, I receive calls and although the screen is working properly, it is dead, the settings work randomly even when they are in the correct selection they don't work and many other things...get something else...the only good things are the battery and the camera...

You buy a phone like this for its durability and certifications. As the owner of the previous model (king kong 3), I made the choice to buy it hoping for something better. The previous model didn't have any issues despite the tough use, drops at work, and underwater shots! This one, in 5 feet of water, got water inside and fried everything! The best part is that the warranty doesn't cover damages from drops or water! Even though it has the highest certifications, even from the US military! Even for saltwater! In 5 feet of water, it probably got water through the speakers and soon died forever! I suggest you don't buy it. It really isn't worth its money or the anxiety in case it gets wet, which is the reason why you buy rugged phones!
