MSM stands for methyl-sulfonyl-methane and is the dietary form of sulfur. Sulfur is the fourth most abundant mineral in our body and is found in every cell of animals and plants. About half of the total sulfur in our body is concentrated in the muscles, skin, and bones. It is found in plants, meat, dairy products, and vegetables, but it is lost during processing and cooking.

Usage: Start with a dosage of 500mg twice a day. You can dissolve the powder in fruit juice. Gradually, you can increase the amount to 1000mg twice a day. Drink more water when using MSM.
