Very bad product with many problems in the software. After printing about 300 pages, it started having trouble pulling the page for printing, resulting in having to be right above it and lifting and lowering the A4 pages hoping it would manage to pull one for printing, and many times even when it did pull the page, it printed only half.
It is truly the worst and it has been made solely for the purpose of paying for an ink subscription service at HP. It is the most user-unfriendly, and I say this as an advanced user who knows about technology. Imagine what my father, who has no idea about technological gadgets, goes through... He wasted the money he gave!
Tragic printer. It constantly disconnects if you haven't used it in a while. A waste of money.
It generally prints well... but sometimes it prints the letters blurred and faded...
And lately, it's been printing the red color as yellow for no reason!
