  I bought it because I make bread and tsoureki (hard dough) for home (1 kilo of dough). The first two times I used it, after a minute or two of dough processing, it overheated and stopped working! It didn't have any problems with cakes and half a kilo of dough (but I didn't want it for that reason, I have a hand mixer that works fine and doesn't take up much space on my counter). Unfortunately, its specifications state that it is suitable for 1.5 to 2 kilos of bread, which is why I chose it, but reality contradicts what the manufacturer states!

  Main downside unacceptable in 2023 the components if put in the dishwasher turn black and are thrown away.

  After a short period of use, the protective cap came off, and since it scattered plastic pieces in the dough, I use it like this. After 15 measured uses, the hooks turned dark gray and emit blackness, unsuitable for use. Very poor quality product.
