Emelia is a superior quality molasses because it is not a distillation product, has no processing, and is made from the concentrated juice of high-quality sugarcane, using the old traditional recipe of centrifugation and low-temperature boiling.

The taste of it has nothing to do with any other brands I have tried. It is very flavorful and even though I couldn't cut down on sugar, this one helped me do it as it gives a very nice taste to the coffee. However, I haven't noticed any positive effect on my energy or health, which makes me skeptical about its effectiveness. Nevertheless, this is the third time I purchase it, because of the taste.

For your information, blackstrap molasses is a byproduct of sugar, the residue during the sugar production process, which is why its taste and texture are like burnt petroleum, and that's why its price is ridiculously low. Its use is mainly industrial, for example, in animal feed.
In contrast, Emelia is exclusively made from the juice of the sugar cane using the centrifugation method of the plant and thickening it at very low temperatures so it doesn't burn, in order to retain all the plant's nutrients while also having that unique taste. We have tried molasses from all over the world, and we haven't found anything like this anywhere!
All our friends and acquaintances who have tried it have seen a significant difference in serious health issues, and they have changed their opinion about molasses. Thankfully, this product exists in the Greek market!
