Description

Produced from white garlic, maturing it for 40 days in chambers with controlled temperature and humidity, developing its distinctive flavor characteristics as well as its antioxidant properties.

Through the maturation process, it transforms from hard and bitter to soft, sweet, and with low acidity, while maintaining a light garlic aroma. After the garlic is matured, we hand-clean the cloves, selecting only the best and most perfect ones, which are then placed in sterilized glass jars.


Usage Instructions

  • It can be consumed raw, used in pesto for pasta or risotto sauces, as a spread for sandwiches or burgers, in dressings for salads, gives a different dimension to tzatziki, and "binds" sauces for meat or fish, giving body and flavor.
  • As time passes, it matures even more, acquiring a chewy texture. At this stage, it can be consumed as is, like a caramel, as a superfood snack, or even as Koreans suggest: dipping it in chocolate!
