Enjoy a sleek, height-adjustable monitor with clear QHD resolution and extremely wide viewing angles on the HP P24q 23.8" monitor. This ultra-thin, three-sided micro-edge display offers excellent value with convenient HDMI and VGA connectivity.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
I have had it for about 4 months, it is an OK monitor for office work (word, excel, powerpoint, browsing, etc.) and for programmers. If someone is looking for gaming or photo/video editing, they should look at other options because they will be disappointed.
It only has 1 HDMI port and 1 VGA port, no USB, display port.
Viewing angles for work are good.
Compared to other monitors, it has a poor energy class.
I bought it for 122 euros. Very good price. I have been using it for two days.
You need to screw in one screw, you only screw the base and you can even do it with a knife. It has HDMI built-in, which is good. The power cable is about 1.7m long. From what I saw, it has decent construction materials, it is not "cheap" in a negative sense.
The viewing angles are excellent.
Vibrant colors. Very nice.
Good image, good refresh rate and response time, and you can't naturally see the pixels.
I saw that some people who bought it had connectivity issues or it didn't work in full resolution. I immediately tested it with a desktop computer, two laptops, and with raspberry pi 3, 4, and 400. I didn't encounter any problems with resolution or connectivity.
It has the buttons on the back right side and not on the bottom. You may press the wrong button because they are on the back and you can't see them, or you may have to get up from the chair to press them. But these are details.
Sturdy with a good base, it doesn't easily fall even on a tilted surface or glossy surface.
I intend to use it (and I have already dealt with these) for trading in cryptocurrencies and stocks, programming, coding, etc., office work, video playback, and browsing.
It is 24" but because it is QHD, it gives you plenty of space. I have several windows open and it is very convenient for trading and coding (at least for me).
With a brief use, I rate it as follows:
office work: 9-10
programming: 9-10
trading: 9-10
movie video playback: 8-9
browsing: 7-8 (zoom is needed)
gaming: 5-6
demanding gaming: 2-3
photo/video editing: 6-7
only for excel, libre office, etc.: 10
You had it for 105 euros two days ago, maybe you shouldn't be raising and lowering the prices as if it's a supermarket, so we can decide whether to buy the product or not? For example, when you had it for 105, I was ready to buy it, I just didn't make it in time
In my computer, the full screen resolution did not work. I contacted HP, their technician accessed my computer and through remote diagnostics, they determined it was incompatible. I told them I would return it and they had no objection.
