The best thing I could get for the money. A 4K monitor and TV all in one. It's perfect for the average user who doesn't want to fill their space with televisions and monitors. Airplay works flawlessly and I can watch my 4K videos without any lag. It immediately found my Synology and I can access all my stored photos and videos. I also got a Bluetooth keyboard and I've almost forgotten about my PC. You can do browsing without the PC on the satisfying size of 32". Plus, it has the office feature
Excellent value for money. Fast menu and Netflix. The USB-C charges the MacBook Pro perfectly, so you can do your work with just one cable.
On the negative side, the stand is terrible. I would prefer to pay an extra 20-50 euros and have an adjustable stand, but I bought a VESA mount and solved the problem that way. The other issue that has no solution is that the screen is very reflective, so if sunlight or any other light hits it, you can't work without closing it.
In any case, it is the best monitor in terms of value for money, with a decent image and 4K resolution, which is much better than having, for example, 2 x 24" monitors and a USB-C that charges the MBP.
Overall, for €310 that I got it, it's perfect. 32", 4K.
I will first mention the negatives that may be deal-breakers for some.
1) The screen is not very bright (250 nits), so it may not be satisfactory for some.
2) Its colors are not very good, but on Netflix, where I have tried it (in newer movies), it is satisfactory.
3) It is not an IPS, which means it does not have very good viewing angles, but personally, I have not noticed a problem.
4) The response time is 8 ms, which is a bit high if someone is interested in gaming.
5) A USB-C cable is not included (at least USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 is needed for it to work).
(If another cable is used, however, it charges devices normally).
Positives:
1) If you have a laptop with a USB-C port, it is a perfect choice because with just one cable, you have charging, a USB hub on the back of the screen, sound, and image.
2) It is a smart monitor, which means it also functions as a smart TV: you can easily cast from your mobile phone, for example, to watch Netflix/YouTube on a large screen. Also, you do not need to have a computer on to play a movie.
3) The remote control is convenient for voice commands (unfortunately, through Bixby, which is not as powerful as Google Assistant, but at least it is user-friendly).
4) It can connect to Bluetooth devices (e.g. keyboard/mouse, but mainly headphones/speakers, which is convenient if you want to watch TV on the big screen without disturbing others, or if you want better sound, it is very easy to connect, for example, a Bluetooth speaker).
Subjective elements:
I practically use it as a TV for Netflix, etc., in my living room because it simply needs power to function.
In terms of size, it is very convenient for me for work. I replaced the two screens I had with this one (always having the laptop screen as well).
The only complaint is that the HDMI cable is excessively short in length and cannot be used. Samsung should have looked into this more carefully so that we don't have to search for another longer one.
