It was purchased for the installation of a 65" television in a very difficult spot where the TV essentially needs to be suspended to provide comfortable viewing in a very large living room and at the same time be "hidden" when not in use and inaccessible to children! The packaging includes everything, from screws and 12mm plugs for wall mounting to a level, cardboard for marking, keys for screwing, and everything required. Its construction is unexpectedly sturdy, it requires 2 people for installation, otherwise the base needs to be dismantled and screwed to the wall and then the arm needs to be installed. The movement in all directions, pan, tilt, swivel, is smooth without vibrations and noise, the volume of the TV completely hides the base and gives the sensation of suspension. The cables pass through the arm's distributor and are also hidden. The very smart safety system of the TV eliminates the risk of accidents with special screw locks. Finally, it is a product that is purchased and installed once, and can literally serve any TV in any space no matter how difficult the installation point and viewing requirements are.
