In this collective volume, the previous crises are analyzed in detail, as well as the international and European framework for the manifestation of crisis phenomena, the dominant choices and their impact on political-institutional, economic, social, labor and environmental levels. Criticism is expressed towards the Memorandum and the Greek "experiment", and possible alternative solutions are traced.
Beyond the valid assessment of historical changes and dramatic transformations in all areas of social life, and the questioning of the proposed one-way path of the Memorandum, a dialogue is indirectly developed in the book among researchers with origins that start from the post-dictatorship Greek social democracy and extend to many currents of the Greek left.
