I have had this specific model of Xiaomi for a little over 2.5 years now. I chose it because of the quality of the camera. Calls are crystal clear, the sound is quite good as it has two speakers and is quite crisp with a slight bass that most phones do not have. The operating system is quite comfortable, although it may start running slower after many hours of use. The camera is unbeatable personally for the money you pay. Perhaps the only negative is that the colors of the photos are colder and duller than they are in reality (quite a personal negative), however, the video quality is amazing with very good stabilization. Games run flawlessly with very good screen colors and graphics. In summary, it is a very good choice for a mobile phone for everyday use and for someone who wants something more. It is definitely value for money.

I have had this mobile phone since October 2021. I encountered several issues during its usage. After a year of functioning without any problems and being very satisfied with its performance, it suddenly started losing signal everywhere and for no reason. The only way to find signal was to restart it, but even then it would only last for a short while before disappearing again. For a while, I had my SIM card in my old phone and used this one for everything else. However, when my old phone broke, I had to put the SIM card back in this one.
Generally, I haven't encountered such a big signal problem again, but it's not the best. For example, it doesn't catch any signal inside my house. I can only make calls through Wi-Fi. And now, suddenly, the phone restarts on its own at least 20 times a day. Sometimes it even freezes and doesn't turn on at all. I don't know why this is happening. I've tried various things, but nothing worked.
What I want to emphasize is that I have been a user of this particular company for many years and have never faced such problems. I was very satisfied, but now I don't know what to do. Should I try to fix this phone or buy a new one from a different company? Nevertheless, to give credit where it's due, everything else about it is fantastic. The speakers, the screen, and the camera are all decent.

Former owner of poco f1 6/64 that really couldn't handle any more abuse I put it through and gave up after 3 years, I got the f3 8/256 for 200€, I had no issues with it, no problems with calls or signal loss, yes the battery may be a bit small but it lasts me the whole day, it came with a screen protector and a case and I believe it will last for another 3 years (obviously removed the ads from the operating system). Apart from the battery, I am not satisfied with its camera, the f1 had a front-facing projector

A mobile phone whose purchase is a risk.
Former owner of Xiaomi MI Mix 2 special edition, I chose it as the next step as it offers a good screen and camera (both were terrible on my previous phone) while having a powerful processor and RAM.
Unfortunately, after a year of normal use, it presented issues with the mobile signal and internet connection.
Constant call interruptions, signal loss for no reason, absence of internet, the phone appeared to be out of network while the screen showed a normal 5g signal indicator.

It depends on each person's usage.
I was looking for a fast mobile phone, one that doesn't lag and has a long-lasting battery (at least 24 hours), of course with decent all other functions (camera, speakers, etc.). In these aspects, it is very good in its category!
However, it has the following negatives:
The Proximity Sensor doesn't work at all (a big problem!!)
It doesn't have good signal reception.
After 2 years and 2 months, the battery suddenly doesn't last a day. With very light usage, and of course without games, lots of social media, etc., it lasts from 7 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon.
The screen is not satisfactory in outdoor areas with a lot of light.

Coming from the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, with 3/32GB memory which, after three and a half years, would sometimes freeze due to low RAM and only 32GB of storage, I decided (April 2023) to purchase the Poco F3 6/128GB, so that I wouldn't have the same problems. Indeed, the phone is quite good for the 240 euros I found it on sale. The negative aspect I encountered from the beginning is that in the Global operating system, the Xiaomi application, Contacts - Phone Dialer, has been replaced with Google's. In my opinion, the Xiaomi application was better both in terms of contact management and the ability to record phone calls (which is absent in Google's), which can be very useful at times. For example, recording instructions or updates from doctors, lawyers, and other professionals regarding extensive matters that are practically impossible to take notes on and remember exactly what was said afterwards.

Owner of the mobile phone for 1.5 years now. From the first day, there has been a problem with the proximity sensor, meaning that during calls (without headphones), the screen turns on, causing me to accidentally mute or put the call on hold with my ear.
Also, regarding the internet speed with data, my phone constantly shows that it has 5G speed, even in areas where there is no good mobile signal. As a result, I am never sure if I have a good signal or not.
In all other aspects, the phone is flawless in terms of performance and value.
We cannot expect a Google Pixel, Samsung, or iPhone camera at a quarter of the price.

I will comment based on the fact that this particular device is owned by 4 people in my circle for at least 2 years and they haven't reported any problems. I also own a device for about the same duration and I haven't encountered any issues regarding its functionality and technical aspects. The sound is quite clear with stereo Atmos sound, the camera is quite good with clear colors, the battery is decent and lasts one to two days depending on usage. I haven't noticed any significant heating performance during use. I consider and recommend it as a good and fast device with a cost equivalent to its performance. Maybe I read somewhere that it had some issues, but there is no company without faulty products unfortunately. However, compared to devices from well-known brands, based on the experience of acquaintances, I see that they have very good relationships with the service points they visit every month because they have problems. Unfortunately, the mobile phone is not worth its money! The proximity sensor does not even exist on the phone, but is simulated through ultrasound from the speaker and microphone, completely dysfunctional (it only works 1 out of 10 times, resulting in constantly muting when speaking on a call). The screen suddenly went blank after about 7 months! I sent it to the store to send it to the service center within the warranty period, and it took about 25 days to get it back as a refurbished device. Okay, these things happen! Less than a month passed and suddenly it started losing signal from Cosmote. It would catch signal for 2 minutes and then lose it, until it never caught it again! I sent it back to the store where I bought it, requesting a replacement, and they properly documented it to send it back to the service center. Another 20 days passed and they sent it back to me with a replaced antenna, as stated in the technician's report. I opened it and... Cosmote signal 0 (emergency calls only)!! I contacted the service center directly and we argued, I asked for a replacement, and they told me to send it directly to them again. I sent it, and in 4 days they sent it back to me with a technician's report - an instruction to the purchasing store to issue a refund (finally, I thought, and goodbye!!). I sent it to the store with all the documents from the service center, including the damage number, IMEI number, technician's report, and refund instruction, and what do they tell me?? Umm, we need to send it back to the service center again because we don't believe you, and the documents you sent us may be fake!! They received it at the store on 13/02/2023 and today, 17/02/2023, the mobile phone is missing, they haven't even updated that they received it (but I know they received it because I have the courier's tracking number), and when I called them, a polite girl who didn't know where the phone is at the moment and we are in a certain phase of the process, only told me the generalities that they tell everyone, sir, it's the protocol that needs to be followed! 2 months+ without a phone and the warranty is about to expire! Unacceptable phone, unacceptable store, everything is unacceptable, stay away!

I got it for €240 and I've had it for about 10 months. Good speaker for making phone calls and listening to music, the screen has decent cameras. I am happy!
Let's be serious though, now at the price of €400 it's not worth it, so I give it 3 stars. The phone is old, it won't have many official updates*. If you install a custom ROM, you will give it more years of life. I have been using a custom ROM for 10 months, don't find it strange, the people who create these software take care of the phone more than the company itself.
24/04/23: *Xiaomi announced devices that will not receive any more updates and as I correctly predicted, the Poco F3 is one of them. MIUI 14 is the latest version. Those who bought it now, won't see any other updates.
