So far, they are comfortable on the subway for shoes of this kind. Time will tell, the last model of the same brand that I had purchased fell apart in about two months and luckily I received a refund from Scroutz. In terms of appearance, they are fully acceptable for the office and have not lost their shine at all despite almost daily use.
