The Olympus Single mouthguard consists of a vinyl layer suitable for oral hygiene. It is semi-hard for proper protection and application.

Placement instructions: Fill a container with water. Bring the water to a boil. Remove the water from the heat source. Let the water cool for 45 seconds, then place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds. Do not exceed the heating time. Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water with a spoon. Cool the mouthguard under a faucet for one second to ensure comfortable wearing. Proceed directly to step 4. Carefully place the mouthguard on the upper teeth. Bite firmly, suck strongly, and use your fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard against the teeth and gums inside the lips and cheeks (continue for 20 seconds).
