In terms of solubility, I have to say that it dissolves very easily in the shaker. As for the taste, I was afraid that the unflavored one would have a cheesy taste because it's the first time I'm getting unflavored. But actually, because I mixed it with water, it had a "taste" of plain water, so it can be added to meals without any worries. I preferred it because it doesn't have any artificial sweeteners at all. Now, as for what the label says, if they are true, I can't know for sure because they seem very impressive (28g of protein per serving, 0 fat, etc.), but if they are true, it makes it one of the best.

I have bought several proteins, I have tried as many others and I have ended up with this one... Its quality is on another level... The quantity of protein and amino acids in it simply do not exist in any other protein... And no bloating, no discomfort... I buy the Unflavored one and make it as sweet as I want with a little honey...
