Recommended Dosage

    I have been buying this product for a long time and it was really good and easily dissolved in water. However, in the last 3 months or so, I have bought 2 bottles (the glass ones) and it doesn't dissolve and there are whole pieces of turmeric left in the liquid. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated a lot or they are very old. It's a shame because it is a Greek company, but how can I support it when it has compromised the quality so much

    I take it for ulcerative colitis, personally I saw a difference and it has helped me with stomach inflammation.
    update 6/4/2024
    Using this product along with boswellia reduced the inflammation marker calprotectin from 170 to 17 due to colitis. The threshold for this measurement is below 50. Additionally, the results of the colonoscopy were excellent. Of course, every organism reacts differently, but for me, it was a pound well spent. I hope I helped

    I use it 3-5 times a year, 3 to 5 bottles a day, one teaspoon per day. It lasts me 40 to 45 days. I make a solution for a month and then start again. It is good in combination with detoxification and a good diet. If you eat junk food, turmeric and every herb will do you good. There is a recipe to make your own turmeric if you don't mind the effort.
