For its money, it's great, powerful sound, easy menu, and it catches wireless internet well
I have had this specific television for 5 days now, for use in the kitchen, and I have the following to say. It is an affordable 24-inch smart TV, very good for its price at 160 euros, with a good and user-friendly menu for its category and a decent image quality at 720p (HD ready). Its color display is very good and it has a refresh rate of 60 Hertz, meaning it provides smooth motion, which is especially noticeable in movies.
I chose it as an affordable kitchen appliance, without any specific requirements, and I chose Toshiba to have a reputable brand and as much long-term reliability as possible. It is worth noting that in the market research I did for smart TVs in 24 inches at 160 euros, Toshiba was the only reputable brand within that price range. Anything cheaper, both in terms of price and inches, did not have a strong reputation. I mention this for those who consider it as a purchasing criterion.
As an app menu, it supports Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Youtube, Twitch, Rakuten TV, and it is compatible with Amazon Alexa. Based on its age (manufactured in 2020), but also based on its price and category, I believe it covers the basics and it is relatively unfair to expect more for this price.
The only negative aspect for me is its speakers. They are 2 speakers of 5W and their audio performance is not particularly good. I am not referring to the volume, as the volume is good, but the sound quality, meaning acoustic depth and range, as well as bass. I believe it should have had at least 10W speakers for a decent sound quality considering the standards of the time. However, since it is not a primary living room TV and is intended for limited use, such as in the kitchen, I believe the audio performance will not bother its owner too much.
Personally, I am very satisfied with this Toshiba, based on its price and category, it is a very good choice for use in a small room or kitchen. With its only drawback being the sound, I give it 4 stars in the evaluation.
It is smart with the applications that the Toshiba app store has, namely Netflix, YouTube, and the other well-known ones.
Give an extra 5-10€ to get the android ones from the same company if you want more things.

For the grandparents' room, it is okay and with much more, of course.
The app store is extremely limited. It's okay if you want to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. For me, who mainly got it for Cosmote TV, it was a failure, as its app store does not support it and you cannot load apk from a flash drive.
