It has a very nice taste, I used to drink it for lunch at work and it kept me going until the next day, but I also had a very good breakfast with regular food of 1600 calories, including protein, vitamins, etc. I lost 4 kilos in 10 days. If you drink it as a sole meal and don't eat anything else and don't drink enough water, it can cause stomach problems

It really does what it promises.
In a month and something, I lost 6 kilos with 4 meals (Morning - Evening Prevent, a decaffeinated coffee with a bar and a regular lunch, as much as I wanted, plus salad and approximately 2.5 liters of water per day).
I never felt hungry and I didn't deprive myself of anything. I ate souvlaki, pizza for lunch, and pasta once a week and it actually worked...
I believe if I followed everything it recommends, I would have lost more, but I wanted to see what it would do without depriving myself and feeling hungry...

My nutritionist recommended it to me and I reached my goal quickly, 5 years ago (7 kilos in 1.5 months and after all these years, I only gained back 2 - it boosts metabolism) without feeling hungry. I will start it again now for the pregnancy weight.

A very good product, I have used it twice and I have been very satisfied. The first time I bought it, I was under a doctor's supervision and in less than 2 months I lost 12 kilograms without feeling particularly hungry!
