It has been 30 years since I obtained my doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. More than ever, I feel that I am able to record my ideas and opinions on educational leadership and administration. I feel that I am accompanied by long-term experience in this subject. Today, I see the meeting of the "past" with the "present" and I clarify in my mind the type of school leader that our place and time require.

So, I welcome you to my book "School Leadership and Administration" and I hope you find it interesting and useful. Together, we will embark on a journey through Administrative Science and delve into the details of leadership and administrative behavior at the school level. In this journey and in our focus on the details of leadership and administrative behavior, we will follow the French philosopher Michel Foucault: we will study events, scenes, incidents, emotions, details, practices that give meaning to actions and behaviors. In simple terms, we will describe the scenario of each period of Administrative Science, we will incorporate information into it, we will clarify what exists in each time period and what is absent. With this volume of information in mind, we will attempt to interpret events and try to construct the structure of reality in order to build meaning and adopt administrative approaches.
