Very good and economical but if you need it for internal use at some point, it simply doesn't work.
The reason is that it doesn't have a SATA adapter inside the box, but it is the hard drive's circuit board directly connected to USB 3.
The socket, that is, where the cable is inserted, is stuck to the hard drive's circuit board.

I have the Canvio Advance 3TB (code DTC930). As soon as I opened it, I transferred movies, etc. and it played normally. After about a week of having it disconnected, when I plugged it into the PC, the entire system would freeze and no computer could read it (I tried 3 PCs with Win10). I formatted it, and now when I connect it to a device, it can be read, but when you try to write any data, the connection is lost. I tried connecting it to a PS4 for additional storage, but it also loses connection and doesn't work. I couldn't find anything on Toshiba's website that could help me as a possible solution
