There are times when a woman really feels bad and faces several difficulties. I wrote this book when I was pregnant, with the idea that what we sometimes say to each other - useful advice, practical instructions, and little truths - are what make us feel beautiful and optimistic.

I hope it proves useful to many expectant mothers, to keep them good company during their pregnancy and help them have good memories of this important period in their lives.
