    One of the best knee pads for road use. Certified level 1, they protect the knee and the entire shin. Very stable on the leg when worn over everyday clothes. Quality construction that justifies the money. The middle part (knee pad) has joints that extend at the knee closure, allowing them to follow the movements of the leg. A downside is the short length of the straps on the upper Velcro. It may be difficult for someone tall or with extra weight on the leg.
