Although I have switched the menu to Greek, when it loads into the buffer, it displays the message in the photo.
If you contact customer support, they usually respond in Greek in the early morning. Something that raises suspicions that the support is located in China.
Except when the technicians were drinking and they replied to my email when they got home.
The technical support is very polite (typical of the Chinese), but when you ask them something, they kindly respond with incorrect information. A simple question can take up to a week and you may not ultimately receive the answer you should have.
