After a moderate trail use for one year (400 km), my impressions of the shoe are positive. Good performance, very good heel grip, the Vibram sole saves you from several unpleasant situations. On the negative side, as a long-time user of Asics (mainly for asphalt), I would expect greater durability in the mesh, as it started to wear out after 350 km. Of course, it doesn't let water in as the Gore-Tex membrane is intact, I mention it more as an aesthetic aspect. With the Nimbus, it took more than 1000 km on asphalt to reach that point. Of course, trail running puts much more strain on the shoe, so it may be justified. I would definitely recommend it to current Asics users.

I recently bought them. The shoes are perfect in terms of construction, fit, and quality. However, I do not recommend them at all because the GTX technology has a serious drawback of not allowing the foot to breathe well and causing sweating. They may be good for northern countries, but not for Greece.
