    Excellent in taste and effectiveness gummies - it states up to 4 years old to take one a day and two a day after. I tried them myself for a month before giving them to my 3-year-old son, and they had a very nice taste and I felt a lot more energy than my daily routine without them! My son, on the other hand, comes to me every day and insists on eating his vitamin gummy on his own. I really don't understand those who evaluated and wrote that it has a terrible taste! The only drawback is that because they are gummies, when you open the box, they are almost stuck together and it takes some effort to separate them to give to your child, and you also need to wash your hands well before putting them in the box to separate them.
