Very high quality, durable, and suitable for frequent use, whether washed by hand or in the dishwasher. No comparison to the various cheap plastic shakers I have used over time. It has not worn out and I have not noticed any leaks after over 1 year of use. Quite economical if you consider all of the above! I would recommend it and I am considering upgrading to the Prostak of the same brand soon to have additional space for 1-2 protein servings.
