I bought two of these car mounts for family members. Both of them got destroyed after 3-4 months of use, specifically the cable (not the USB, but the one on the mount) got cut and the products ended up in the trash. If your car dashboard doesn't have a smooth surface (but rather a textured one, for example), then the suction cup won't stick. Mine were placed on the windshields of the cars where they worked well as long as they lasted. They didn't come off, the device didn't fall off, etc. Cheap material compared to its selling price. Lastly, it should be noted that the heat during the summer months in Greece doesn't help the plastics, which may have been another reason for their destruction. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

In one word, disappointment.
In the first piece I received, the lower lever (which adjusts the height automatically) was not working.
After the replacement (which the store did immediately), the mechanism that pulls the suction cup broke within a week.
I printed a new suction cup base on a 3D printer, and since then it has been stable.
Another flaw is that it does not remember the position of the phone (which they advertise) and with each placement, you have to wait for it to find the position and grab it, and the bad thing is that it grabs it on the second try... so you put the engine forward, put the phone in, and sit for about 30 seconds and wait...
Now in August (after half a year of use), the right lever broke - they stayed open, the phone is supported but off-center.

Awesome gadget! It charges my Samsung s21 phone very quickly. The dock automatically opens for securing your phone. Very impressive, I must admit! It has fallen a couple of times when I fell into puddles, but okay, I expected something like that to happen. I really like that it is in front of the air conditioning because my phone easily heats up under the sun, and this way it stays at normal temperatures. I am satisfied!

I have changed many phone holders with almost all types of supports for it and the mobile phone. The only thing I have to say is EXCELLENT!

Note: I am referring to the one that attaches to the air vent.

Really the worst thing is the version with the suction cup. It doesn't hold at all! My device keeps falling all the time, same with the base. While the charger is good, the suction cup ruins it.

Quality base... I didn't expect it. Sturdy construction and the phone doesn't move at all while driving.
