  While they advertise it as waterproof, the power button is made of poor quality rubber, resulting in it drying out and cracking in less than a year, thus making it not waterproof. When I contacted the company, they told me there is no replacement available and did not acknowledge the flaw in the material, even though it was within the warranty period. The problem is that I had bought three collars. A product without spare parts coverage and especially without warranty coverage from the company, which never recognized the faulty button.
