That means when we go to the pediatrician, the pediatrician takes the booklet out because it is too big. It doesn't fit. It is essentially a folder. It has compartments to put papers besides the booklet's place. I wanted one that mainly fits so that the cover of the booklet doesn't tear. But I am satisfied with this as well, I have no complaints. Excellent quality.
