This book is a thought. Even better, a point of thought.

And this thought concerns the sacred union of body and spirit. We are not just matter. We have spiritual qualities and aspirations that touch higher spheres of aspiration. Clearly, the concept of "Life" carries within it multiple levels of incoming stimuli and experiences that shape the essence we carry. Stimuli, which, when gathered, form the concept of "Action and reaction" that characterizes human behavior. However, personally for me, this was not and is still not enough. I believe in the sequence of memories that a person carries. And these memories do not only concern the memories of the "Now". Once, somewhere, I read a truly wonderful quote.

"What you are today is the result of what you once were."

Well, this is the basis of the approach of this book. I have named it "Memory Point", because that is exactly what it is. Through the suspended radiation and the embedded maps provided, one can practice various "memory points" and extract significant experiential experiences from the "once" and, above all, work on those points that carry traumas and that until now exist in the deep unconscious and affect several aspects of your current incarnation. The more you unite, through awareness and therapy, points of your existence, the more you perceive and accept with forgiveness and freedom your current incarnation as a gift of evolution and capable use of what has been given to you as equipment.
