It helped me significantly! My gynecologist recommended it to me and after about two months, the headaches, insomnia, and menopausal hot flashes stopped. It works, but you have to take a pill every day without interruption!

I expected to wait a few days to see if it actually works or not. After the operation, I entered menopause violently and the hot flashes started very soon. Very good value for its price, it includes isoflavones and vitamins B & D in satisfactory doses, but it does not include some other extras that you can find in other multivitamins for menopause (before and after), such as vitamin K which helps with the absorption of vitamin D. But it has the basics, and additionally 90 capsules that last for 3 months because you only take 1 per day (compared to most which require taking 2)... so it's great!
The cravings continue but not as intense, at least it has vitamins Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, and Folic Acid that we need.
After 3 months of use, my irritations and dryness in the vagina have disappeared!!! It is excellent and at a very good price. With one tablet per day, the box lasts for 3 months.
Just know that the results are visible only after 3 months, but don't worry, it's worth it.
