I have been using this particular supplement for almost a month and it has helped me quite a bit in order to have a peaceful and restful sleep, without any interruptions during the night. Melatonin does most of the work. I hope it helps other people as well.
It was not effective for me at all. Having tried other forms of melatonin such as pills, I can say that it almost did nothing for me, even in higher doses like 3 gummies. Also, I don't understand why they have it in this form and with sugar. As others have mentioned, it can't be the last thing you do before sleep because you will be left with sugar, etc. on your teeth. Prefer a different form of melatonin.
I feel rested when I take them. I don't take them every day. It doesn't extend my sleeping hours, but as I mentioned, I feel like I sleep deeper and faster.

Well listen: The gummies work, meaning they bring you sleep (usually) within 20-30 minutes. All good until here. However, the box says it doesn't cause addiction and that's not entirely true. I have a chronic sleep problem and I took them for months, because supposedly there are no side effects. But there are. The last few weeks that I took them (I took them daily for months) I did fall asleep quickly, but several days of the week I woke up much earlier than I should and incredibly tired.
So I stopped taking them. The first two days I didn't sleep very well but from then on everything was fine. Now I take ZMA before sleep, which helps you fall asleep, has no side effects, makes you dream, which means you enter a deep sleep state and therefore rest well and of course increases natural testosterone and growth hormone production. My advice is to take gummies for a week until your sleep improves and then never take them again.
I took it for 20 days but not continuously. I managed to skip 4 gummies within the 20 days. Then one day I woke up feeling dizzy even while lying down. And my appetite had decreased significantly. It requires great attention. The right thing is to take it only at night if you have sleep issues.
It is very good, indeed it does the job, the only thing - are the dreams it can bring you?

They have helped me a lot. The only negative thing is that after a few days, the nice scent they have disappears and they start to smell bad to me within a month, so I only buy packs of 30 now.
I initially bought the 30 and then the 60. It does what it promises. Within half an hour, you feel relaxed and sleepy. In some cases, when you wake up, you feel lethargic, but it passes relatively quickly. Other times, I also experience exciting nightmares that I believe are due to the product. I would buy it again.
My personal experience is as follows.
Positives: it is the most powerful melatonin supplement I have tried. Half an hour to an hour after taking it, it makes you sleepy. (In some comments I read that it didn't work at all, so I assume that it may vary from person to person.)
Negatives: although it says "no drowsiness the next day," for me personally several times (not always, about half the time) it causes drowsiness up to around noon the next day.
The label inscription "non-addictive" is accurate as indeed, I take this supplement from 0 to 2 times a week.
I didn't see any difference except the fact that I had to take it after I had brushed my teeth, half an hour before lying down. After 5-6 nights, I stopped it.

I get it for my mother-in-law who had sleep problems. With this, she sleeps fine. She takes it half an hour before lying down and everything is fine. No side effects. We will definitely take it again.

I had strange dreams, not nightmares, just strange and very intense. I took it at 12 and managed to fall asleep at 2 with difficulty. At some point around 2, just before falling asleep, I felt dizzy, with a heavy head as if I had been drinking. I don't think I will buy it. It didn't work well for my body.

One of the best products. It is a relatively natural product, not some highly processed capsule/pill that can cause addiction, nor anything else. I bought it because I felt stressed and tense when I was going to sleep and couldn't relax and say that I'm going to sleep now.
At first, for the first 4-5 days when I took the gummies (1 at night), they were amazing, they would knock me out in 20 minutes, so I thought I found my miracle.
But in the following days, I noticed that it systematically woke me up at 4-5 in the morning with zero appetite for sleep, making it difficult for me to fall asleep AGAIN. I started reducing the doses (I would take 2 per week, for example) and STILL THE SAME. The last 10 times I took it, not only did it not help me, but it worsened my insomnia symptoms and gave me the worst sleep ever. Not to mention the nightmares it made me have.
It took me 6 months to finish them because I couldn't take this thing every day.
I don't think I will buy them again

A (not so) unrelated tip: What they say in psychology about the opposite desire is true: If, for example, at night you tell yourself "I must sleep NO MATTER WHAT", you won't be able to fall asleep until morning.
