I bought it in the summer to avoid using the cable and charging port. I mainly used it at night when I left it, but also occasionally during the day. I noticed that after several minutes it would get very hot with the case on, but even without the case it still heated up. The phones I charged were the iPhone SE 2020 and iPhone 14 Pro. After reading some comments, I stopped using the wireless charger because the high temperature can damage the phone's battery. Maybe I'll try it again in the winter to see if it still heats up. I will come back with an edit

Did you find this review helpful?I ended up with Anker after a really extensive research. The competition is huge in wireless chargers but I wanted something high-quality, beautiful, and functional. Anker has excellent build quality and is aesthetically pleasing. I have positive comments about its functionality as well, as it has no problem charging with a thick case (except for a slight decrease in performance), and it also doesn't heat up easily. One big advantage it has over the competition is that it comes with its own cable and transformer (although this is a problem for someone who wants to charge it only through a USB port, as they will have to buy a cable, but it worked for me).
Full charge of iPhone Xs: 2 hours with a thick case & 1.30 hours without a case.

In the case of the Samsung Flip 3, it charges it both when open and closed. I don't think you can easily find a 15W wireless charging with the same advantages.
