Creatine logically will do what it promises, giving you 5g of creatine monohydrate in each dose. Now, in terms of taste, I got the neutral one and it really is neutral, it's like drinking water! The only negative thing is that it doesn't dissolve completely, there's a little bit left in the glass, but you just add a little bit of water and drink it, no hassle at all! The previous one I had dissolved completely, I imagine with micronized creatine you would achieve such dissolution. But in terms of price, it's top-notch, that's why I chose it and it does the same job as all the others.

I take it for a short period of time so I don't know if it does the same job as creatines from other companies.. However, I have noticed that it dissolves very easily and has a pleasant taste. I think the price in relation to the quantity is excellent. Now, if I maintain the same swelling for a long time as it happens with the others, then it will be a worthwhile purchase and I will buy it again.

The blueberry flavor has a strong pleasant smell, and the taste is quite satisfying; at 200ml - 1 scoop, it is perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. As for solubility, it dissolves easily in cold water without even needing a spoon. For the €26 I bought it for, and with the increased prices, I recommend it.
