  I have been using it for 2 years for pruning olive and other fruit-bearing trees. Very good feeling in the hand, effortless operation, and excellent cutting quality. I have also used other well-known brands (Gardena, Bahco) but Felco is better in every aspect (except for the price, which is a bit high, but you get what you pay for). With proper maintenance, the pruner is like new. Update: I tried the ARS pruner and it seemed even better. It cuts better and remains sharp for a longer time. After two years, it still hasn't needed sharpening. I decided to keep the ARS and sell the Felco, but that doesn't mean that the Felco isn't also an excellent pruner.

  Quite a good pruning shear and lightweight! Whoever buys it should pay attention to the "L" option. This is the Large version, meaning it is for large hands. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it beforehand and it's probably too big for my hand...

  Γεια χαρα σε ολους,το συγκεκριμενο ψαλιδι το εχω σε stihl διοτι οπως γνωριζετε η stihl δεν φτιαχνει ηλεκτρικα ψαλιδια κλαδεματος αλλα τα προμηθευεται απο την felco.Το πηρα αποκλειστικα για αμπελια για να κλαδευω τα δικα μου αλλα και αλλων αμπελουργων οποτε καταλαβαινετε ποιος ειναι ο λογος της επιλογης του ψαλιδιου σε σχεση με τα κινεζικα...το ψαλιδι ειναι παναλαφρο και δεν σε κουραζει καθολου το χερι σου ουτε το δαχτυλο της σκανδαλης,το ανοιγμα τον 35χιλιοστων ειναι το ιδανικο για κυριως για νεους αμπελωνες ειδικα σε οσους επιλεγουν να μην κλαδευουν με αμολειτες αλλα με τα λεγομενα τουρκακια,διοτι η μυτη του ψαλιδιου μπαινει ευκολα και παντου αναμεσα στους βλαστους κατι που δεν μπορει να γινει με τα ψαλιδια τον 45 χιλιοστων..η stihl δινει εγγυηση εφορου ζωης και ισως αξιζει να δωσετε τα διπλα χρηματα απο τα κινεζικα και να εχετε το κεφαλι σας ησυχο..το εχω 2ο χρονο και ειμαι στα 110χιλιαδες κοψιματα χωρις προβλημα...

  Scissors perfect, both for professionals and for the average amateur. Personally, I have had it for 6 years for amateur (mainly tree-related) use. I sharpen it occasionally with a special stone oil. The price is not expensive, considering that this scissors is for a lifetime! Lightweight with Swiss quality, it doesn't chew the branches, it has spare parts but you won't need them! The Felco 8 is designed for tree-related use while the Felco 2 is for flower-related use. Buy it with your eyes closed! Stay away from cheap Chinese scissors, you will simply throw away your money!
