There is a problem with a static sound that is sometimes heard at high volume. From what I've seen, many people have it.

The solution is to lower the Sample Rate in the Roccat program from 24bit, 96000Hz to 24bit, 88200Hz.

EDIT: A major problem I encountered after a while is with the plastic. They creak and I haven't had the headset for even 1.5 months. As soon as I move my head a little, I can't help but hear some plastic making noise. It became even more noticeable when the conversation partners started mentioning noises that obviously came from it. As for the static sound issue, it appears to be less pronounced with the change in sample rate. Regardless, I am changing my rating and the only reason I'm not returning it is because I can't be bothered with the process.

In the settings, I would recommend changing the voice clarity option as it significantly alters the voice in songs and games.
