  The reason I give it 2 stars is because it can connect to some devices while it cannot connect to others. I was able to connect it to a 2020 Samsung Tablet and a Xiaomi mi 9 lite, but it cannot connect to the Xiaomi 11 lite 5G NE no matter what. The company's support is probably nonexistent as the contact email they write on their website does not actually exist. I hope they will eventually respond to me on messenger, although I don't believe it. The only reason I give it a low rating is that you will probably have to play a guessing game to see if it can successfully connect to your device.
