Without having experience with the genuine Apple folio, here we have a very good case. It fits perfectly, strong magnets, nice material feel in hand, although it leaves difficult-to-remove fingerprints, overall a very good case for the price it asks for.

For someone who doesn't want a bulky case, I think it's suitable. It's not for those who tend to drop their devices or throw them in bags because it doesn't provide sufficient coverage on the sides.
