Positive: It is very beautiful with a pleasant textured surface. It does not make excessive noise. It shows serious construction. Even when turned off, the temperature indicator lights turn on to show you the temperature range of the water.

Negative: It heats up too much on the outside, so it has a lot of thermal losses. If you don't put it in temperature maintenance mode, the water will cool relatively quickly. It does not remember the water temperature you requested last time, it always starts at 100 degrees Celsius and you have to adjust it to the desired temperature every time.

Very recent purchase, so I cannot speak about reliability.

A great kettle. I finally noticed a difference in aroma and taste when boiling water for tea. I would prefer it to be metallic, but it's not a problem. If it accumulates a lot of limescale, add vinegar because the sensor takes a while to notify (which is logical though)

I could overlook the noise and the time it takes to boil water at 100 degrees. What bothers me immensely and definitely for me is its major downside, which is that when you touch it after the water has boiled, it gets extremely hot on the outside. With my previous one, I used to try to see if the water had heated up because wherever I touched it, it was cold on the outside. I'm afraid to leave it exposed in case a child touches it and gets burned.

Fast and with enough temperature settings. Discreet operation, normal buttons (not touch). The water temperature confirmed with a thermometer. Boils quickly, while others take longer to reach the last 10 degrees.
In the small negatives:
- Rough exterior surface does not clean easily.
- The button to open the lid is not conveniently placed.
- The water level is hidden behind the handle.
- Slightly bulky base

Amazing kettle! Truly the best! Many capabilities and temperature options very easily! It's worth its money

The best kettle I have bought so far. It doesn't make as much noise as other kettles that boil water equally quickly. It collects limescale relatively quickly, but I boil water 12 to 14 times a day and it needs a little vinegar with water every three days or so.
