Excellent sound, very good ambient noise cancellation function. Long battery life and very comfortable, they don't fall out of the ears with intense movement.
Their sound is Crystal clear, the best headphones I've ever had, the best feature is the equalizer which has three settings (treble, bass, and midrange), not like the JBL ones where you had to adjust 100 frequencies and it took you an hour to find your sound.
First time I invested a relatively serious amount in wireless headphones, and it really was an excellent investment. I want to share something personal. Soon, my band (Opus Arcane) will release our first EP, and honestly, the first time I heard our songs with these headphones was an incredibly enjoyable and satisfying experience! I highly recommend them (especially to those who listen to metal!). Finally, I must not forget to mention 2 important, very positive aspects: a) their battery has a huge lifespan, and b) they fit perfectly in the ear and don't come off at all. The only negative thing I find is that they don't connect to more than 1 device, and that the first time I tried to connect them to my Samsung A54, it took quite a while!
I bought them at a sudden price drop for 140 euros. Honestly, I don't understand why they have such a high cost. Very good noise canceling, sometimes the switching between devices can get stuck. 3/5 also because my callers can't hear me, they hear more of the background noise than me.
If you have the AirPods Pro, it's not worth buying them for the various small features they offer.
On the positive side, they have better sound quality than the AirPods Pro and better noise cancellation.
On the negative side, the earbuds are too big in terms of design and Bose doesn't do well in that aspect, switching connections can be confusing if you have two devices, the touch controls are not good as they claim to be, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.
In general, they are worth it for the gym, but not for the price they have. If you get them on sale for $140, they are definitely worth it as they fit well in the ear and don't fall out.

Experience after 6 months of almost daily use.
It never disconnected from my Android phone or laptop (note: it cannot be connected to more than one device simultaneously).
Top-notch noise canceling on the market, quick switching between profiles (aware, full noise canceling, etc.) with a simple tap on the earbud.
Size: coming from Bose Soundport Earbuds, the size didn't bother me. They stand out due to their design, which is actually outside the ear, but their fit is excellent with the hook and they don't fall out even during fast intense running (intermittent training).
The sound quality is excellent, worthy of the Bose name. A significant upgrade from the previous soundport, with a high-end feel. Satisfactory microphone.
Battery with a very long duration. The case provides fast charging, but it's rarely needed. I only have to charge the case 3-4 times a month (earbuds usage: almost daily).
Negatives: 1) bulky case, doesn't fit in pants pocket, and 2) it takes some time to get used to adjusting the volume, which is done by a touch gesture on the earbud (no buttons). Impossible to do with gloves on.
A wonderful pair of headphones, with satisfactory sound quality!
Noise cancellation: A very important feature is the adjustable external noise cancellation, I haven't connected it to the app, but with a tap on the left earphone, it changes from 0% to 50% and to 100%. Personally, I consider it very important because when you go for a run in a stadium where it may be windy or crowded, you put it on 100% cancellation and it reduces everything and you can listen to music at a relaxed volume without getting tired. However, when you want to run on the road and want to hear cars, etc., you put it on 0% and you can even hear cyclists, as if you're not wearing them.
Sound quality: Personally, I am a fan of hi-fi sound and I was searching a lot to find a pair with nice sound. I was considering Sony's top buds, but they weren't suitable for running, but these are awesome, airy, comfortable with nice details. Very nice sense of depth, with nice bass for picky listeners... "top" for me.
Microphone quality: Quite good, they can hear me clearly when I speak, it struggles a bit with wind, but it's not easy for the microphone in the ear to capture speech (opposite direction from the microphone). So, personally, I am satisfied.
App: At first, they didn't fit me at all and I regretted spending my money, they were very soft with a very gentle fit compared to the previous wireless ones I had for running and I constantly felt like they would fall off... but then I went for a run and after 5km, I adjusted the right one only twice... so, very good fit. And after my fear of them falling off disappeared, everything was fine... **I should note that I have very soft ears and maybe that's why I felt them loose.
Battery: The battery in the case doesn't decrease at all, I charge it once a month and use the headphones 2-3 times a week for 1-2 hours. Also, I should mention that for some reason, the last time I used them, they had 20% battery but played for 1 hour (at moderate to high volume) without turning off!!
Volume: The case is not bulky, it fits easily in a pocket, bag, etc., lightweight, and of good quality (doesn't look fake). The headphones, in terms of size, are not tiny but their size never bothered me. Quite lightweight.
Signal quality: I must say that once it's connected, it never disconnects (with Samsung A71). I always keep my phone in a closed pocket, once it fell when I was running and I realized it because the signal was cut off and I found the phone 15 meters behind me, so you can understand...
I believe it's worth its price, I got it on Black Friday for 190 when the regular price was 279, so it's value for money for less than 200. You buy them and forget about it.

After 2 years of use, they function like new, working flawlessly. I happened to travel by ship and watch matches on my phone, and it gave me a battery notification after 6 and a half hours (!!!!!!!) while playing at 80-90% volume with 100% noise cancellation!! 6 and a half hours for a notification!! And they turned off without a second notification after 10 minutes. Unbelievable! Value for money! I haven't thought about getting another pair of headphones from 2020 until now...
I have it for 2 months but it has one major drawback. When you wear it and talk... when even a small breeze blows, your interlocutor cannot hear you and you have to repeat yourself. In very windy conditions... when it's closed, you can't communicate at all... better without Bluetooth. I'm waiting for the company to open so I can send it for inspection, maybe the product is defective.
