Description

The Beurer EM59 device with heat function induces electrical transcutaneous nerve stimulation for pain relief. It is also used for muscle reconstruction and regeneration. It is aimed at athletes and people dealing with musculoskeletal pain or injuries, as well as those who wish to improve their muscle performance. It features 64 pre-programmed applications, a countdown timer, and 3 usage options (TENS / EMS + heat, TENS only, heat only). The package includes 4 gel pads.

Electrotherapy (TENS) is a method that uses electrical currents for pain relief. It is also used for the rehabilitation of injured muscles, nerve conditions, and to increase the functionality of the body.

I have bought it two years ago, using it for about 100 total days. After 10-15 uses, the performance drops significantly. The gel pads wear out relatively quickly. Their cost is about 24 euros, for two sets. I sent it to the headquarters after one year, they returned it to me stating that it functions according to the manufacturer's specifications. It worked fine, but after 1.5 months, the same issues occurred again. I replaced the gel pads, but the current still doesn't pass through. I will send it again. I would like more specialized support with more information.

I bought one for my mother who had a stroke and temporarily has paralysis in her left leg and arm in order to exercise her muscles. I tried it myself before giving it to her, on my biceps and abs. Impressions... very strong electrical signals, up to 10-11, you can't handle it anymore, very strong muscle contractions. Many programs. Battery endurance after 2 hours of use...
