Women today experience pregnancy as a "mandatory" journey in their lives and enter this period-challenge mentally unprepared. Care and information during pregnancy is what I want to offer so that a relationship can develop between the woman and her body, between the mother and the embryo from the early days of pregnancy.

This Notebook is a guide of remembrance, self-care, and love for women who are already pregnant or preparing to give birth, and their partners. Here, you will meet the peace and strength within you so that you can consciously surrender to the process with Trust and Joy. Here, for the first time, you may come into contact with the little goddess within you that you have not yet met.

It all starts from our own body when it comes to a state of calmness and relaxation, Joy. To reach this point, we need to be silent and surrender to the flow of energy that flows within us, to the grandeur of the Creator and the unlimited potential that we all are, in that place where Everything is connected and Everything happens.

Pregnancy is a new possibility. An opportunity offered to a woman's life to recreate herself and at the same time experience all the miracles that happen in her body, mind, and soul. The period of intrauterine life is an opportunity to deeply feel the presence of the spirit in our lives. It is the most crucial for the life of our child, our own, and the society we live in.

That is why I believe with all my soul that "The children who come into our world and through us deserve the most Beautiful and Love-filled Welcome."
