The access point NWA110AX by Zyxel is useful for creating or extending a wireless network to connect multiple devices. It emits a signal at two frequencies, 2.4 & 5GHz. It offers higher speeds compared to single band and connection of more devices. The 2.4Ghz frequency is the most widespread and has a large range. The 5Ghz provides higher speed than the 2.4Ghz but is more sensitive to obstacles (e.g., walls) that reduce its range. This difference and its more limited use help it to have fewer interferences from other networks. Offers up to 1750Mbps in total to devices connected to it. In practice, the actual speed shared with devices is closer to 300Mbps. It is Wi-Fi 5 generation, the most widespread Wi-Fi standard, which can meet the needs of most users at present. There is also the next generation Wi-Fi 6 that offers the ability to connect many more devices to serve the increasing smart devices in a home.

It is the best Access Point I have seen in my networking career. In standalone mode, the configuration is very straightforward and offers advanced capabilities. It can be managed through cloud or on-premises controller. The range is amazing due to the high gain antennas. Impressive performance at 2.4GHz, and in combination with the extremely fast and effective band steering, you will always have the best possible speeds even in challenging spaces with walls. As for roaming, having tested it in a small 3-story hotel with 1 AP per floor, I have to say it works amazingly. It's not exactly value for money, but for professional use, it's just what you need
