    Verified purchase

Purchased in early May 2022, to replace the Phoenix 12/800 Watt.
First of all, I would like to emphasize that I now prefer 24V systems for many reasons that do not need to be mentioned here.
IMPORTANT!!! Even though I have the CERBO GX, not all settings of the multiplus are accessible.
The MK3-USB (VE.Bus to USB) is NECESSARY. So keep in mind the additional cost.
edit: otherwise, you can download the settings file, make changes, and upload it again. It is a bit annoying and difficult.

I do not regret the purchase at all.
Very low power consumption, a sample of the quality of construction.
It is a low-frequency inverter, which means reliability and durability over time.
And I definitely have a stable voltage of 230V.
In contrast to the utility company, which starts from 226V and reaches up to 241V depending on the time of day.
So my devices are all "happy".

I have steady consumption of 250 watts and I have reached a peak of 2,150 watts so far.
Two 12,000 BTU air conditioners are running day and night without any problems.
Of course, set at 24-25 degrees Celsius.

I have it set up so that in case the voltage drops below 24.20V, the charger will kick in from the socket.
It is set to a maximum current of 4A to draw from the utility company.

My advice is not to compromise and choose another brand or a smaller one.
If you plan to power your home (not entirely), start with at least 3KVA.
Also, if you plan to invest in large batteries, then consider the Phoenix for a more economical option.
I went with the multiplus because I have 12KWh batteries.

Finally, now with the heat in June, the fan starts at consumption above 600-700 watts.
It can be heard, but it is not annoying.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    UPDATE: AFTER ABOUT 2 YEARS...!!!

The inverter continues to work tirelessly as if it were its first day. Absolutely no problems.
The only thing that saddens me is that the prices have dropped significantly...
Especially for the 48V systems, you can find a multiplus II 3,000 KVA for €820???!!!!
and the 5,000 KVA for €1,285???!!!!

Other than that... for a fully autonomous system, I still support Victron.

For a system with assistance from the utility company... I think it would be more economical with Growatt or Deye.
